These Terms & Conditions apply to enquiries, quotes, and orders placed with 3DCookieCutters.com.au (“we”, “us”).
By requesting a quote or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Custom-made products
Our cookie cutters are custom-made to order. This means designs, sizes, and specifications are produced based on
the information you provide and any proofs we supply.
Quotes and approvals
Quotes are provided based on the details available at the time and may change if requirements change.
Where we provide a proof/mockup, you must review and approve it before production.
You are responsible for confirming spelling, dimensions, orientation, and design details before approval.
Production time
Production time varies depending on complexity, size, and order volume.
We will provide an estimated turnaround on request; estimates are not guaranteed timelines.
Shipping and urgent delivery
We ship Australia-wide, typically via Australia Post Express Post where available.
Delivery timeframes are controlled by carriers and may vary by location and conditions.
Urgent orders may be available using local delivery drivers on request (availability/location dependent).
Risk of loss transfers to you once the order has been handed to the carrier/delivery driver.
Pricing and payment
Pricing will be confirmed in your quote.
Payment terms will be communicated at the time of ordering (e.g., full payment before production).
Cancellations, changes, and refunds
Because products are custom-made, cancellations or changes may not be possible once production has started.
If an item is defective or materially different from the approved proof/specification, contact us and we will work to resolve it.
Change-of-mind refunds are generally not available for custom-made products.
Design ownership and customer-provided artwork
You confirm you have the right to use any logo, artwork, or design you provide to us.
You grant us permission to use your submitted design files for the purpose of producing your order.
We do not claim ownership of your underlying intellectual property.
Use and care
Our cutters are designed for use with dough/fondant and should be cleaned according to care guidance provided.
Do not expose cutters to high heat (e.g., dishwashers, ovens) unless explicitly stated, as warping may occur.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
